Energy drinks: Energy drinks often contain high levels of caffeine, ranging from about 80mg to 200mg per serving. Some energy drinks also contain other stimulants like guarana and taurine.

Soda: Many sodas also contain caffeine, with cola drinks being the most common. A can of cola typically contains around 35mg of caffeine.

Chocolate: Chocolate contains a small amount of caffeine, with dark chocolate having more than milk chocolate.

It's worth noting that the caffeine content of beverages can vary widely depending on factors such as brand, preparation method, and serving size.
